Player of the Year points were awarded from events on the Dallas schedule in 2011 not including the Majors. Callaway Order of Merit Points Leaders accumulated points from the best eight tournaments from ANY event on the 2011 schedule and qualify for a chance to win the Tour Staff Package from Callaway at the National or Senior National Championships.

2011 PRGC Player of the Year Winners:
Championship Flight:
Player of the Year - Andrew Morsinkhoff from Rockwall, TX played in all of the eleven qualifying tournaments amassing 750 points over his best 8. Andrew a first year member on the tour picked up back to back wins at The Clash @ Tour 18 and the Canton Classic @ Twin Lakes with runner up spots on 4 occasions.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Tony Peppler - Southlake, TX
Palmer Flight:
Player of the Year - Prosper, TX player Bronco von Hoerling, promoted from the Hogan flight in May after two wins on the tour in 2011 proved he could compete with the Palmer group. Bronco competed in nine of the eleven qualifying events for 840 points and was only out of the top four finishers on one occasion.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Guy Nickels - Keller, TX
Senior Palmer Flight:
Player of the Year - Michael Fee - Mansfield, TX won his first event on tour at the Grand Prairie Classic @ Tangle Ridge and followed up with a summer win at the Casper Challenge @ Bear Creek. Competing in six of the eleven qualifying events with 475 points, Fee needed the tour Championship to edge on late charger Larry Huppert to take home the bag.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Michael Fee - Mansfield, TX
Hogan Flight:
Player of the Year - Tim Williams - McKinney, TX, a three plus year veteran of the Am Tour picked up his first win of the year at the Tour Championship vaulting him to the top of the POY points over Paul Gray with 910 points. Tim missed only one qualifying tournament on the year, playing in 14 total events.

Senior Hogan Flight:
Player of the Year - Gregory Stairs - Mansfield, TX a first year player on the tour picked up a win at the Canton Classic @ Twin Lakes while banking 505 points on the POY bag. Stairs competed in eight of eleven qualifying events on the year.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Jimmy Boehm - Round Rock, TX
Sarazen Flight:
Player of the Year - Scott Harper - Ranger, TX would find the keys to the winners circle late in the year picking up his first win on tour at the Canton Classic @ Twin Lakes where he followed up with a big win at the Tour Championship @ Cowboy . Playing in ten of eleven qualifying events Harper finished the year with 1070 points 210 over 2nd place finisher Ricky Gates.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Scott Harper - Ranger, TX
Senior Sarazen Flight:
Player of the Year - Barry Gray - Lantana, TX found his way to the winners circle seven times on the 2011 points year. Gray played nine of eleven points qualifiers finished with 3 wins after getting a promotion from the Senior Jones Flight completing the year with 905 points.

Jones Flight:
Player of the Year - Darrin Howard - Longview, TX, promoted from the Snead Flight early in his first year on tour picked up wins as a Jones player at the Canton Classic @ Twin Lakes and the Tour Championship @ Cowboy. Long hitting Howard played in seven of eleven qualifying events but the last one secured the bag as he pulled out 775 points, 25 ahead of Shawn Whitaker from Lewisville.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Nick Easen - Keller, TX
Senior Jones Flight:
Player of the Year - Burnie Rodgers - Haslet, TX played in 25 events on the 2011 points year. Winning three of the qualifying tournaments and 725 points, Burnie's 1st place finish at the Tour Championship @ Cowboy would seal the deal by 15 points over Ken Benjamin from Grand Prairie, TX.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Burnie Rodgers - Haslet, TX
Snead Flight:
Player of the Year - Don Freitag - Arlington, TX won his last three of four events at the Casper Challenge @ Bear Creek , the Las Colinas Championship and the final event of the year at the Tour Championship @ Cowboy . Freitag would play in seven of the eleven qualifying events and 750 points finishing ahead of Garrett Tidman from Little Elm, TX.
Callaway Order of Merit Points Leader - Lale Esquivel - Southlake, TX
Senior Snead Flight:
Player of the Year - Larry Tolson - McKinney, TX competed in eight of the eleven qualifying events and 570 points with a win at The Clash @ Tour 18. Tolson an early qualifier for the Senior National Championship at the TEXAS OPEN at Horseshoe Bay Resort followed up with another 2nd place finish at the Texas Shootout at Redstone GC .
